This policy explains how Chairmonkey, S.L. processes the personal data you provide through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process
- Contact form: name, email, profession (optional), subject and message.
- Endorsement form (professional support): name, professional email, specialty, hospital or centre, country, type of interest and, if you attach it, the signed letter of interest (LOI), which contains your signature and professional details.
- Technical data: the IP address and date of each submission, to prevent mass submissions (spam) and protect the forms.
We do not need health data or any other special categories of data. Please do not include them in your messages.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to answer them. Endorsement data is kept for the duration of the project or until you withdraw your consent. After that, it is kept blocked only for the legal periods during which liabilities could arise.
5. Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To provide the service we use web hosting, email and cloud document storage (for the data room) providers acting as data processors, with whom we have signed the agreements required by article 28 GDPR.
No international data transfers are planned. Should any provider process data outside the European Economic Area, it would do so with the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR (such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@chairmonkey.es or by post to the address above, stating which right you wish to exercise.
If you believe your data has not been processed correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Minors
This website is aimed at professionals and investors. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Communications with the website use an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to the website. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
